The Warrior Within
The Warrior Within Project was born from one veteran’s vision – Stefan Daniel’s – to build a safe space for healing through martial arts and creative expression. As a former soldier with 26 years of military service, Stefan understands the mental toll of service. His goal: empower others through proven therapeutic practices and camaraderie.
Devon MIND
Devon Mind is an independent mental health charity affiliated with the national Mind association and Devon Mental Health Collective. They provide advice, information, and support to empower anyone living in Devon who may be experiencing a mental health problem. They also campaign to improve local support services, raise awareness, and promote the understanding of mental health across Devon.
Meliorate
Meliorate was started in 2022 by Jo, a holistic wellbeing therapist with one goal in mind: to deliver the ultimate luxury.
Jo's qualifications are recognised by the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists and is fully insured to practice in all the therapy modalities offered.
Jo offers deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and sound therapy.
SEND Help Plymouth
SEND Help Plymouth is a collaboration of parental advocates working to enact meaningful change in the Plymouth SEND system.
Modern Meditation
Modern Meditation is an energy healer and somatic breathwork facilitator. Facilitates inner child & shadow work, nervous system regulation and is a Reiki master. Contact Gem for information about future sessions.
